Billing and payments
View invoices and billing history
- Go to your account dashboard.
- Under Plan, click View Billing Activity & Account Info.
- Your billing history and invoices are listed here. Click any invoice to download it as a PDF.
Update your payment method
- Go to the Nirvana dashboard.
- Under Plan, click Update Billing Info.
- Enter your new credit card details.
To switch between PayPal and a credit card (or change the PayPal account), you’ll need a new billing agreement: downgrade your subscription, wait for the current agreement to expire, then upgrade with the new payment method.
Accepted payment types
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed online — we can’t accept purchase orders, issue invoices, or take payment by phone.
Nirvana charges in USD only. If your card is in another currency, your card provider handles the conversion automatically.
If a payment fails
The system retries twice, 5 days apart, before downgrading your subscription. You’ll receive an email with the opportunity to update your payment details.

Payment plans
Nirvana is pay-as-you-go. You pay for the upcoming month or year and can cancel at any time.
Switch between monthly and yearly
You can change your billing cycle at any point, but the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Go to the account dashboard.
- Under Plan, click the desired option and confirm.
A success message shows when the new cycle begins. You can cancel the switch before that date by returning to your plan options.
Refund policy
We don’t offer refunds. You can cancel at any time, but we don’t prorate the remaining days of your current billing period.
Good to know: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
